These are my training totals since I started training back in NOV-07. It certainly isn't going to scare anyone, nor is it going to change much between now and LP, but here it is:
Looking back, what I should have done is done total elevation gain for both the bike and the run. I know that the week where I did the 90 mile Palomar ride, the Homa Tuesday ride, and then Ride around the Bear was 27,000 ft in elevation gain alone (on the bike).
